The COMBYNE Lab has the pleasure to organise the forthcoming NETSKINMODELS BioDynaMo Tutorial on September 11th, 2025. 

The event is addressed to people who are interested in learning computational modelling techniques for modelling complex biological systems such as skin. Members of the COMBYNE lab (www.combyne.com) will provide an overview of the agent-based simulation software BioDynaMo, previous research using BioDynaMo, and give an introductory tutorial on BioDynaMo. 

The tutorial will take place as a remote-only workshop. MS Teams will be used for presentations and communication, while a VirtualBox image file with installed BioDynaMo will be made available well before the workshop.

The lectures, tutorial and practical part are anticipated to take place on September 11th between 10h00 CEST and 15h00 CEST. A detailed agenda will be published in the near future.

Members of the NETSKINMODELS COST Action are welcome to apply to participate (without registration fee) via this form. 

Applications to participate at the tutorial can be submitted until June 20st at 16h00 CEST. Since there is a limit on the number of participants, shortlisting of applicants will be conducted by end of June, with notifications of decisions sent by 30st of June.
